I have had my hair in twists for a year but now would like to return to relaxing my hair. I have been told that it is best to have the twists taken out but should not do anything with my hair for 2 weeks and then relax it again. Please advise if this is the case and what I can do with my hair in the 2 weeks rest period? Yvonne, London, England Answer Dear Yvonne,The advise given is correct and should be adhered to!
In the meantime you should have a good moisture / protein treatment before you relax it again.
